Girls Cross Country Win Colonial League Title

Junior Brenna Hammerstone finished 6th to lead two teammates in the top ten as the Notre Dame Crusaders girls cross country team won the Colonial League Championship, Wednesday at DeSales University.
Junior Samantha Karwacki was ninth and junior Ella Schweitzer was tenth, respectively. Sophomore Alivia Rieland finished 17th and freshman, Mia Uliana finished 20th to round out ND's top 5.
The Crusaders had 60 points to top Wilson (71) in the 15-team field.
Notre Dame finished with a perfect 28-0 Colonial League regular season prior to the championship and will now compete in District 11 next week.
