The Notre Dame boys basketball team fought hard but fell to Mahanoy Area, 56-65, in the District XI 3A Boys Basketball Consolation game, bringing their season to an end.
Sophomore Cody Driscoll led the Crusaders with 14 points and six rebounds, while junior Isaiah Miles also contributed 14 points. Sophomore Justin Manning added 13 points, and senior Carmine Diaz capped off his high school career with an 11-point performance.
Although the season ends here, the team has much to be proud of, and the future remains bright. Congratulations to the players and coaches on a great season!
