The Notre Dame girls basketball team powered past Pen Argyl last night with a commanding 71-43 victory. A dominant first-half performance, fueled by juniors Ava Shonk and Brenna Hammerstone, propelled the Crusaders to a 44-23 halftime lead.
Ava Shonk led the team with 14 points and 2 assists, while Brenna Hammerstone contributed 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Sophomore Ava Hobbie added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the balanced effort.
