The Notre Dame boys tennis team fought hard but came up just short in a 2-3 loss to Saucon Valley.
In singles play, Nico Guet Cruza faced a tough opponent at first singles, falling 0-6, 0-6. Liam Behrens battled in a competitive first set at second singles but ultimately lost 5-7, 2-6. Hunter Skodocek delivered a strong performance at third singles, rallying for a 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 victory.
The doubles teams split their matches. Nico Braido and Aidan Dalton secured a decisive 6-3, 6-2 win at first doubles, while Michael Huber and Gene Behme fell 2-6, 2-6 at second doubles.
Notre Dame looks to bounce back quickly as they return to action tomorrow at Moravian Academy.
