Behrens and Guet-Cruza Finish 3rd at PIAA District XI Doubles

After an impressive run on Wednesday, Notre Dame’s Liam Behrens and Nico Guet Cruza returned to Lehigh University on Thursday for the semifinal round of the PIAA District XI Boys Tennis Doubles Tournament.
Facing a strong Moravian Academy team of Chadha/Vicic, the Crusader duo battled hard but ultimately fell 2-6, 5-7 in a competitive match. Despite the loss, Behrens and Guet Cruza secured a 3rd place finish in the district—a tremendous achievement that caps off a great tournament run.
Congratulations to Liam and Nico on a strong postseason performance and representing Notre Dame with pride!
