Notre Dame swimmers were back in the pool continuing their focus on time improvement and race experience, turning in several solid performances across individual events.
On the girls side, sophomore Mia Uliana competed in both the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke, clocking times of 29.85 and 1:15.76, respectively. Junior Alivia Rieland posted a 31.12 in the 50 freestyle before following it up with a 1:13.01 swim in the 100 freestyle. Freshman Makayla Hoole gained valuable experience with swims of 37.11 in the 50 freestyle and 1:47.99 in the 100 breaststroke.
The boys continued to show promising development, led by freshman Jaxon Ellis, who recorded a 25.64 in the 50 freestyle and a strong 55.60 in the 100 freestyle. Fellow freshman Anthony Brazzo competed in the sprint and breaststroke events, posting times of 28.46 in the 50 freestyle and 1:20.91 in the 100 breaststroke.
Notre Dame continues to compete strictly for time and personal improvement as the season progresses. The Crusaders will be back in action on Wednesday for their next meet.
