Swimming vs. Easton

The Notre Dame swim team competed at Easton on Tuesday.
On the girls side, Alivia Rieland swam a strong meet, posting a time of 31.11 in the 50-yard freestyle and following it up with a 1:10.04 in the 100-yard freestyle. Makayla Hoole showed steady progress in both of her events, clocking a 35.73 in the 50-yard freestyle and finishing the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:43.25.
Mia Uliana took on the distance challenge in the 500-yard freestyle and turned in a solid effort with a time of 6:31.43, maintaining consistent splits throughout the race.
For the boys, Jaxon Ellis had an impressive showing in multiple events. Ellis recorded a time of 1:00.27 in the 100-yard butterfly and followed it up with a strong 6:05.01 in the 500-yard freestyle, highlighting his versatility and endurance.
The Crusaders return to action tonight against Salisbury, where we will take a moment during the meet to honor our lone senior, Mark Otten, and recognize his dedication and commitment to the Notre Dame Green Pond swimming program.
