The Notre Dame boys volleyball team put up a valiant fight last night but fell just short against Liberty in a thrilling five-set battle (18-25, 19-25, 25-22, 25-22, 12-15).
After dropping the first two sets, the Crusaders showed tremendous resilience, rallying to take the next two sets by identical 25-22 scores and forcing a decisive fifth set. Despite their momentum, Notre Dame came up just short in the final frame, falling 12-15.
The team will look to carry that fighting spirit into their next match on Friday when they take on Pocono Mountain East.

The Notre Dame Varsity Boys Volleyball team fought hard but came up short against William Allen on Friday, falling in straight sets (21-25, 20-25, 19-25). Despite keeping each set competitive, the Crusaders couldn’t find a way to swing the momentum in their favor.
The Crusaders will look to regroup and get back on track as they host Easton at home today.
The Notre Dame Boys Volleyball team secured their first win of the season with a 4-1 victory over Lincoln Leadership tonight. After dropping the first set 17-25, the Crusaders made a strong comeback, winning the next three sets with impressive scores of 27-25, 25-12, and 25-13. With the momentum on their side, the team looks forward to returning to action this Saturday at Easton.
The Notre Dame Crusaders boys' volleyball team fought hard but came up just short in a tough 2-3 loss to Fleetwood. The Crusaders took the first set 25-18, but Fleetwood responded with 25-16 and 25-19 wins in the next two sets. Notre Dame forced a decisive fifth set with a strong 25-20 victory in the fourth, but Fleetwood closed it out 15-11.
The Crusaders will look to bounce back on Thursday when they return home to take on Lincoln Leadership.

Despite a challenging start, the team showed steady improvement throughout the match, with set scores of 8-25, 14-25, and 21-25. Though we fell short, the team’s progress was evident, and we look forward to building on this performance.
The boys are back in action this morning at home against Whitehall.
